Online Support

Digital Scantronics has an online remote support option which is monitored by our technical staff and management. It is available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CST) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and can often allow our technical support team to remotely diagnose and repair issues with your system(s).

Click here to download the .zip file containing the DST_HelpDesk.exe utility application. Just unzip and run the enclosed .exe file for connection to Digital Scantronics technical support staff.

Note: This application will allow control of select functions of your system by Digital Scantronics. By clicking on this link you agree to allow your system functions to be controlled remotely.
