Online Support
Digital Scantronics has an online
remote support option which is monitored by our technical staff and management. It is available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CST) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and can often allow our technical support team to remotely diagnose and repair issues with your system(s).
Click here to download the .zip file containing the DST_HelpDesk.exe utility application. Just unzip and run the enclosed .exe file for connection to Digital Scantronics technical support staff.
Note: This application will allow control of select functions of your system by Digital Scantronics. By clicking on this link you agree to allow your system functions to be controlled remotely. If you do not wish to allow this, simply hit "CLOSE" from the main window of the application to end this functionality.
