"The workflow process was implemented after we had archived all of our back files or existing files. And the workflow process was specifically set up and implemented for all of the contracts that come in the door that had problems or issues with them, where in the past we would actually make copies of contracts, store the originals in a fireproof safe, and then copies would be routed to different departments. It has streamlined and made the process much more efficient for the credit department, the funding department, and the verification department in that they're able to pull the images right up on their computer, try to make a call to verify the account, call the dealer to verify if there was a mistake on the contract or verify if there was a lost document somewhere, and have the dealer resend it to us."

"The great value in the Digital Scantronics scanning process that we've been through is the security of our documents. We have many documents that deal with bank records. We do a large number of loans in our organization. We have some very sensitive documentation of local businesses that, really, if it fell into the wrong hands, would be detrimental not only to our business, but also to that business that the records are of. We took those out of a very unsecure area in the basement that was held by a 29 cent bolt and we've now put them in a very secure area out online in the Digital Scantronics system."
